The Cancellation Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations made through our platform. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount. No shows are subject to pay the full amount of the service booked. Charges are made securely through the online booking system. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment please get in touch with your therapist at least 24 hours in advance; rescheduling is subject to availability. Cash, Etransfer and Select Direct Billing Available for Payments. Please have your insurance card present for direct billing.
